Event Registration Setup

You'll get a finished, live registration page for your event, all ready to accept attendees' information and payment of any fees for your event. Step by step, we will:

  • Set up the event registration form with your choice of standard and custom fields. The form will be ready to accept registrations, collect payments (if your event requires them), and capture detailed information about your attendees for your event.
  • Create your event's registration confirmation page and confirmation email

Event Invitation Setup

We'll create the email invitation for your event, and send it to your list of invitees. That includes:

  • Putting together the email invitation that will get your invitees interested in learning more about your event — and attending it!
  • Including necessary event information, like day, date, location and description
  • Customizing your invitation with your logo, choice of font, and your brand's colors
  • Uploading the email addresses of invitees into your Constant Contact account
  • Sending out the invitation to your invitees through your account so they'll know it's from you

Event Homepage Setup

We'll give you a finished, informative event homepage; a URL link that you can add to your event invitations, website, and email communications to direct people to the homepage. We'll:

  • Collect from you and add the event information you want invitees to know about
  • Apply your chosen design theme and include your logo
  • Include a "Join My Mailing List" button on the event homepage so invitees can also sign up for your email newsletter mailing list
  • Add the event to a calendar page hosted by Constant Contact and give you the URL link to the calendar so you can use it promote your public events
